Exercise Plan - How Are You Doing It?

We have a mixed view here at the Mrs2Be office - we know that exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle but the reality is that it can be very difficult to build it into busy lives!

We'd love to know whether or not are starting your own exercise plan - and if so - what have you chosen to do?

  • Join a gym

  • Take up a sport

  • Run/cycle/swim alone

I am tryin to go to the gym 2 - 3 times a week, the mind is willing but the flesh is weak!

Actually - scrap that - both are weak!

Ha - you are not wrong there! I hate the cold! But I am absolutely going to try and start again tomorrow morning! I was listening to some fitness guru on Radio 1 yesterday and he said that anything less than 3 times a week is like taking 2 steps forward and 3 steps back! Great!!!!
