We have a mixed view here at the Mrs2Be office - we know that exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle but the reality is that it can be very difficult to build it into busy lives!

I am tryin to go to the gym 2 - 3 times a week, the mind is willing but the flesh is weak!

Ha - you are not wrong there! I hate the cold! But I am absolutely going to try and start again tomorrow morning! I was listening to some fitness guru on Radio 1 yesterday and he said that anything less than 3 times a week is like taking 2 steps forward and 3 steps back! Great!!!!
